Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 4, 2026
This policy explains what personal data NewsForge Media (newsforgemedia.com) collects and how it is used.
What we collect
When you use the contact form we receive your name, email address and, if you add them, your company, phone or Telegram handle and your message. Our server also keeps standard logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) for a short period to keep the site secure.
Analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this site, for example which pages are read and how people find us. Google Analytics sets cookies and receives your IP address and browser details; we only see aggregated reports. We have also turned on Google Analytics advertising features (Google Signals and demographics and interests reporting), which give us aggregated, anonymous statistics such as age range, interests and approximate location of our audience. We never receive information that identifies you. You can manage ad personalisation in your Google Ad Settings and opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
How we use it
We use your details only to reply to your enquiry about press releases, sponsored content, advertising or partnerships. We do not sell personal data and do not add you to any mailing list.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months so we can follow up on campaigns, then deleted.
Your rights
You can ask us to see, correct or delete your data at any time by emailing contact@newsforgemedia.com.
